Many private schools offer small class sizes but Da Vinci Academy gives families much more.   Gifted and academically talented students in Pre-K through 8th grade enjoy an authentic and relevant curriculum while developing well-rounded and socially responsible individuals.

We strive to make Da Vinci Academy a unique learning community through innovative programming. This includes a challenging curriculum, flexible teaching strategies, and experiential learning with emphasis on the development and growth of the whole child.

At the heart of the Da Vinci Academy program are the children. They are supported by dedicated professionals who will continue to encourage creativity, promote positive risk taking, and acknowledge and support individual learning styles. Our experienced faculty create a nurturing environment where children realize their full academic and personal potential.

Embedded in the Da Vinci community are the attributes of respect, acceptance and cooperation. We continue to seek a diverse community of learners supported by parents who embrace the mission of the school.

Where bright minds take flight!

“Our daughter just finished her 5th year there and often tells us, ‘Da Vinci is perfect for me.’ She has a love for learning and is surrounded by other kids who are just like her.”  - DVA Parent

Da Vinci Academy was founded in 2000 and enrolls approximately 100 students each year.  Families attend from across the Fox Valley region of the western Chicago suburbs, coming from towns  as far north as Crystal Lake, as far south as Aurora, as far west as Sycamore and as far east as Barrington. The largest numbers come from nearby communities such as
St. Charles, Geneva, Bartlett,
