About Me
I have been at Da Vinci since 2005. I have three
children, a senior in high school and two college
students. I was inspired to become a teacher while working as
a volunteer mom at my children's elementary school.
I strive to have a nurturing and student-centered
classroom. I strive to instill in the children a
sense of respect, confidence, and responsibility. Our
classroom activities reflect individual work, paired
sharing, small group collaboration, and whole-class
instruction and discussion. My goals are to be a reflective
and an effective teacher, and to respond to the individual
student's needs.
The best part about working with Da Vinci students is
that the children are so eager, enthusiastic, and motivated to
learn.
